HOPE 4 MOHAWK · PRIVACY POLICY

Your data, plainly.

Effective September 26, 2026

Hope 4 Mohawk is a small student club app. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how to remove it. The club organizer can be reached at callans.creations1@gmail.com.

What the app uses

Why we use it

We use this information to show club posts, recognize club leaders, prevent unauthorized publishing, and help keep the service working. We do not use it to sell personal information or deliver targeted ads.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database storage, and server functions for the app. It may process connection and operational data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. This support website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary website access information. We do not place advertising or analytics scripts on this site.

In version 1.0.0 build 6 and later, club video links open outside Hope 4 Mohawk in your browser or the provider’s app. We do not embed video players, request video thumbnails, or load a video host while you read a post. Once you open a link, that external service handles your visit under its own privacy policy. We do not store or rehost video files. Earlier prerelease builds used an optional embedded player that contacted its host after a Play tap.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep an active anonymous account and its related app data while you use the app. You can delete your account in Settings → Your data → Delete my account and data. That action removes the account, the preferred name and saved drafts on that device, and any admin profile, membership, code attempts, and posts linked to that account. Used-code records may remain without an account identifier to help protect the code system.

Service-provider logs and backups may remain for their normal operational retention periods after in-app deletion. If you cannot use the app’s deletion control or want help with a privacy request, email callans.creations1@gmail.com. Please do not include an admin code or sensitive student details in the request.

Club posts and concerns

Club leaders should not publish private care details or student conversations. If a post is inaccurate or raises a privacy or safety concern, contact the club organizer at the email above. A leader can edit or remove club posts.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page if the app or its data practices change. The effective date above will change when we do. For questions, use the support page.
