Common questions
How do I change my name?
In the app, open Settings → Name.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Your data → Delete my account and data. If that does not work, email us and describe the problem.
My admin code expired.
Admin codes can be used once and expire after ten minutes. Ask the club organizer for a new code. Do not send the code by email.
A post is inaccurate or concerning.
Email the link or post title and explain the issue. A club organizer can edit, unpin, or remove it.
